Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at our store! We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Domestic (US): 3–7 business days

Shipment Confirmation &Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or brokerage fees collected by the carrier upon delivery.


Lost or Damaged Packages

We always do everything we can to make sure your order arrives safely.
However, once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not able to take responsibility for lost or stolen items.

If your package seems to be missing, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office. Sometimes packages are scanned early or delivered to a nearby address by mistake.

If your order is lost in transit (before the “delivered” scan), we are happy to assist you in opening a claim with the carrier.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will gladly resend it — additional shipping fees may apply.
